TERRENCE L. CARN, LCSW, MCAP
Terrence L. Carn is the founder of TLC Counseling Service. Terrence is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Masters Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), whose therapeutic style is eclectic and empathetic. Terrence has 15 years plus of clinical experience and specializes in adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. Terrence utilizes individual, group, and family psychotherapy treatment. Terrence is deeply committed to helping clients focus on their goals and build on existing strengths to cope with life’s challenges in a safe, open and non-judgmental environment. He works with many issues to include anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, work and school issues, teen violence, substance use, suicidal ideation, chronic illnesses, Military/Veteran issues, First Responder issues, anger management, and crisis intervention, etc.
Terrence is currently a member of the steering committee for the NASW Palm Beach County Chapter. He is a co-chair of the membership team. He graduated from the Leadership Glades Class of 2015. Terrence earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from California State University Northridge.
